Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors

1) Bangladesh International Aquaculture & Seafood Show 2024 will be held at Bangabandhu International Conference Center, Dhaka, Bangladesh from 27 – 29 February 2024.

2) The Exhibitors shall adhere to the exhibition manual available on the Website www.seafoodexpobd.com

3) Exhibitors may book any number of stalls. Stalls will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.

4) VAT (15%) & TAX (5%) applicable will be additional to the fees mentioned.

5) Fee once paid will not be refunded.  

6) The Organizers will provide standard fascia with a company name for the shell scheme.

7) 2 free exhibitor passes will be provided per 9 sq. m stall booked.

8) For each 3×3 m shell scheme stall, one counter table, one round table, 3 chairs, one power outlet, three spotlights, and one waste basket.

9) 25 free passes for one-time entry will be provided to each exhibitor.

10) Exhibitors opting for raw space need to inform the Organizers by 31 January 2024 along with a Stall layout and Design for approval.

11) Exhibitors can order additional furniture/other items/additional electricity requirements directly with the official stall contractor. Extra charges apply for additional requirements.

12) The stall/space will be handed over to the Exhibitors on 27/02/2024 at 10:00 pm.

13) Heavy machinery for display needs to be placed inside before 12 pm on 28/02/2024.

14) Furnishing of stall shall be completed and all materials that are not for use should be removed by 28/02/2024, 6:00 am.

15) The name of the Exhibitor registered on or before 28 January 2024 only will be published in the show catalog.

16) Show Timings: 12:30 pm – 18:00 pm (28 February 2024), 9:30 am – 18:00 pm (29 February 2024).

17) Stall Delegates are entitled to participate in the technical sessions arranged by the Organizers.

18) Exhibitors should participate in the show without causing any disturbance to neighboring stalls.

19) Any cultural performance within the booth is to be limited within the scope of the show, that too with prior permission from the organizer.

20) Confirmation of Stall reservations will be sent by E-mail.

21) Though the Show authorities will be providing general security, the fair authorities will not be responsible for any damage/loss of any article/property kept in the stall.

22) All products shall be exhibited only within the stall.

23) The Organizers reserve the right to make such changes in stall position, site layout, floor plan, and other details as they consider fit in the over alliterate stand safety precautions of the exhibition and adhering to the norms of the Local Governing body.

24) The Exhibitor shall be liable to pay for any damages caused to the stall or equipment allotted to him. Any such damages shall be assessed by the Organizers and their decision on the charges to be paid by the Exhibitor shall be final.

25) Jurisdiction in any case of dispute will be Solidaridad, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
