  1. Organizers are committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. Information on how organizers collect, process, and use your data is included in the organizer’s Privacy Policy, available at www.seafoodexpobd.com/privacypolicy, which is hereby incorporated into this Agreement. Organizers use the personal data Attendee provides during registration for the Event to administer Attendee’s participation in the event. By submitting your email address during the registration process, you agree that Organizers and their event partners or sponsors may send you information regarding the event’s content, event logistics, payment, event updates, and other information related to the event. A valid email address is required for all registrations, and attendees may choose to unsubscribe from such communications at any time.
  2. Organizers may disclose your personal data to third-party service providers engaged by Organizers to assist in administering the Event. In the event Attendee is located in the European Union, an international transfer of data may take place. Information you provide when registering for or participating in an event managed or co-sponsored by parties other than or in addition to Organizers may be shared with those parties, and the treatment of such information is further subject to the privacy policies of those parties. Except as described herein, Organizers will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required to do so by law.
  3. You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose access to your personal data. You may exercise this right by contacting us at privacy@seafoodexpobd.com.

Cookies

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

This website may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
